The accomplishments achieved by CERCO were made possible thanks to its vision based on two clear and specific vocations. Its social vocation permits CERCO to: -Minimize the cost of training for students; -Take charge of a number of very important students issuing from families of limited or moderate income.

• VALUES

      The two vocations of CERCO can be summed up by its vision and its innovation. CERCO, having proceeded with innovations based on the cost and the technology, has thus transformed for the better the opportunities of its milieu. This balance of appropriateness of means and needs as practiced by CERCO has allowed it to greatly capitalize on the values of its two plans: social and technological.
      For the social plan, CERCO inscribes: Its brand image allows CERCO to benefit from a larger body of students, increasing its ability to reduce the costs of training in a country with intermediate revenue like Benin.
      The merit that CERCO has pulled from the effort of its social plan is, to have become in a time of 8 years, the second actor after only the Beninese government in the reorientation and training of young Beninese students.
      Better yet, this merit was not acquired without its having been forged by the knowledge of technology. This last has followed: -To inculcate, in the opinion of the public, the grandeur of its identity as a school above the norms; -To permit, by the perfect introduction of ICTs into education, from us to all Beninese people the resolution of this equation: CERCO = Computer Science + Training + Competence
      CERCO thus knew, at the era of the ICT, that education must be modernized and brings the suitable solution there.
